I’ve had a few very near misses in the past week while driving, due to other drivers not paying attention at all. I was wondering what was going on and on high alert as a result, and very grateful for being protected. xoxxx

This morning I experienced, what I would call a near death episode. I stopped breathing
for a scary few minutes. My throat closed and air wouldn’t get through. I tried not to panic,
while waiting this agony to pass. Slowly and with some difficulty, air began to flow into
my lungs once again, followed by extreme sharp pain in my arm nerves.
My husband was sitting in the dining room, completely unaware of what was happening to me.
I am very Grateful to be Alive and Breathing once more!

I know exactly what you are describing, as I experienced this last year, a month before the Tuscany retreat. It even affected my heart and stomach. Though it would wake me in the night and continue for several hours. This went on for almost 3 weeks! In my head, I would just be conscious of the Infinite, call the Violet flame, call the Belvaspata Angels to assist me, but mostly focused on not going into flight or fight mode. It was intense and at times pretty scary. I actually took myself to the hospital which I never do, but I was going to be flying to Italy soon. They told me my heart was skipping beats, and you can not fly. I was not happy about that! I was sent to a Cardiologist. He said, I was fine and having panic attacks. This was new to me and I said, NO I am not having panic attacks! lol Then, I realized this was beyond a personal physical situation and something else dramatic was happening. Amazing though how my perception & experience shifted so quickly when he told me, I was fine. 🙂
Then a week later I went to Italy and was initiated to Runes GM by Rogier. Since then this has not happened again in that way. Though this morning I was awakened by a struggling cough and breath, I immediately thought, is this starting again?! Funny enough I went to look at the diary first thing, and see this post. 🙂 For the last week, I have been having wonderful experiences of energies or activations in my being, then it changed last night.
We are doing and participating in so much at this time on the planet, as well as going through resurrection. I am so grateful for all the tools and insights Almine brings forth to assist us…because life would be way more challenging I´m sure! LGPT
