An achievement is like climbing a mountain: It looks much greater from the bottom than from the top. It loses its appeal once it’s attained.

A mountain is never the same and can be climbed again and again with each time being a new adventure and each view from the bottom or top completely different. Much happiness and delight can come from each achievement in climbing or descending (sometimes the descent is as daring as the climb up). The journey could also be one of simplicity – to see the view…. I get the point though, not needing to hold onto an achievement.
