Huge sigh….relief. I am swimming in such sadness, such despair, my day off today was supposed to be light and relaxing and all I want to do is cry. Heavy, burdened hurt by the news of our ocean. Still trying to process this news. Feeling overwhelmed with our tasks ahead, with life, navigating…..but reminded that the Infinite did not give us any tasks we are not able to handle. Thank goodness for all of you, walking this journey with me, and our Dear Almine, I would be so lost otherwise. ?

Aah, that is what it is about, thank you for letting us know! I feel this deep and weird sadness and have been since after christmas (which was actually escpecially enjoyable and cosy this year). And yes, it’s about lack, and not being able to cope or do what I (we) came here to do. I am very enthusiastic about the coming year, yet at the same time I have trouble getting into gear and shedding the sadness. It’s like it’s not me. Thank god it isn’t 🙂 I will definitely do the affirmations. Much love to you all <3

Oh wow.. is this what this nauseousness and stomach issues is all about for a week now! Thank you Almine.. I was beginning to think something serious was going on with me! Several others around me though saying they are having the same sensations and experiences. Thank you for the affirmations.
