How the Building Blocks of Life Are Changing

Question: There is a workshop going on through a specific foundation that broadcasts to the public through YouTube and their own site. It is supposed to be a breakthrough technology on free energy and other applications based on plasma and nano- technology. Could you please answer some questions about these topics for us?

1. Is the effect of nano-technology dependent on the intentions of its use?
2. What do you know about the foundation, and what are the real intentions to release the technology?
3. Another interesting thing – the base of the foundation is in Italy now. For some reason this country gave the nuclear engineer and scientist who runs the foundation, protection for himself and his family. They have been under threat.

Almine’s Answer:

1. Like Tesla the scientist has good intentions but will become coerced by others greedy to possess his knowledge exclusively.
2. The secret government has lost it’s structure, organization and a lot of its power due to the work of the lightworkers (sacred government). But, a few ultra wealthy ones have organized a loose replacement group to take over their attempt to control humanity. They’re the ones behind the move to invite the foundation into Italy. It’s by no means an altruistic decision.
3. The ability to misuse nano-technology to invade and control, far outweighs its benefits because of the nature of those wanting to control.
4. The resurrection and Rune masters teachings (see Book of Runes here) will bring about a change in the building blocks (sub-atomic particles) of life, as more and more masters change to resurrected matter. This is the answer to preventing possible negative futures concerning nano-technology.
