This past Sunday, a cat surprised a hadeda ibis (quite a big bird) and the bird flew down and smashed into a plastic bin and broke it’s wing. This happened right in front of me. I was shocked and surprised that this could happen. The hadeda quickly ran for a safe corner in our garden and died the next day. I keep thinking of this and just wonder what this really mean.
