How Can We Prepare for the June 2018 Ceremony?

Question:
It is an honor to be included in the powerful ceremonies we are performing as the sacred government. I can always feel that reality is lighter in my life afterward; less dense. What can I do to prepare for the June Ceremony in my personal life?

Almine:
Consumers are exploited by money-hungry groups across all sectors of society. Their well-being isn’t considered, nor is that of our planet if it means making money. By proxy, dedicate your life to the purification of your body, mind, and emotions:

• Eat only organic chemical-free (and not genetically modified) foods. Educate yourself and be prepared to forego unhealthy foods just because they taste good. Often the food we crave is the food we’re allergic to. Unnatural and unhealthy food is often an allergen.
• Drink only pure water that is alive. If you don’t have the components to construct the Pleiadean Holy Water device, you can at least use the Sigil for the Purification of the Waters of the Earth.
• Watch only movies and television (including video games) that inspire and is fitting for a god. Be aware when movies manipulate your emotions of fear, aggression, lust, death, and hopelessness.
