Hi Sue, since the PS you are referring to (from Feb 22nd) was not posted on the Diary, I’m not sure what that sigil was for. I only know about the sigils that I post here. This one is for all of China.
Almine has stated that there can be more than one power sigil for each continent, country, state, city, etc. ..as there are many issues to solve in all of these places.
