Meaning of the words:
Giants lived upon these lands.
The ancient native tribes of humans from the areas of the Great Lakes viewed these giants with fear and burned them as they slept. The legends began that the lakes were formed from the footsteps of these giants. The spirits of giants still roam these lands and have become the caretakers of these “great waters of the Manito.”
May these lakes be blessed and their pristine waters be restored. May marine life be returned to their sparkling depths and all who drink of their waters be filled with gratitude.

Oh this is soooo wonderful!! Yes, we met one of the giants that was left behind at the Killarney retreat with Almine in 2011. That was the very first one!!
Yes, he is really really big but his foot is not as big as a Great Lake….lol! But, he is rather huge actually. One of our sisters actually took a picture of his face as it he showed himself in the water. He was always in the water….come to thank of it.
