This must work for something, but I don’t know what a cyber attack is other than technology and sensitive data being compromised etc. But not against directed energy weapons, which is radio frequency warfare. It was ongoing electro-shock torture and frequency blasts all night and in the morning. As usual.
I believe that this is for attacks directed at someone personally, where the ‘cyber attack’ is delivered through their computer technology into the physical. An unknown and deadly kind of weapon…
