Much of what you perceive as the hardship of physical life, can be avoided by a mere change of perspective:
• By resisting opposition, you increase it. See it instead as a necessary friction that enables you to progress on your journey through existence; the way the friction of the ground beneath your feet enables you to walk across it.
• You are grateful for peace, yet you focus on the ills of society and the woes of life by watching the media that peddles disasters or pending catastrophes. Know ye not that you bring about what you focus on and you actualize what you believe to be true? In gratitude seek out that which inspires.
