Yes her house is haunted. If she can move she should, but she could first try and get rid of it herself as follows:
• The doll in the vent must be burned and your friend should say the following incantation as she does so: “Esvanu hereshnu pelesvi. By the power of the light, I command you to begone! • A powerful protection against floods and natural disasters (or interference from hidden realms) is to soak a tampon of menstrual blood (it has to be menstrual blood only) in a bit of water and sprinkle it around the house while saying: “This house shall be safe from harm and disaster and my family and I shall remain protected by the Holy Mother for all time.”
