“Feel roots from under your feet going deep into the Earth, and if you start to feel tired, breathe deeply, drawing energy up with every breath, from the earth through your roots.”
We thought this information may be helpful to all overworked healthcare providers among our Lightfamily. Her daughter Jaylene is in the mortuary profession, and she and others in her profession have been kept extremely busy. It would be very welcome if our Lightfamily could do ‘The Song of the Self’* Belvaspata for Jaylene daily.
