She explains how enlightenment (expansion) is commonly regarded as the point of arrival, while being in reality the flip side of contraction (ego). This means that one state cannot be better (or worse) than the other.

Well Niels, it all seems to go back to the same question for me; ” Am I living according to others’ expectations, or am I expressing authentically?”
I tend to do the previous a lot it seems. I don’t know that I’m going to contemplate it as much as “observe” before I act
