The meaning of the words and glyphs:
When black magic reaches a critical mass, the planet falls off its rotational axis. But the abuse of magic is not primarily done by black magicians, but by religious rituals of control. When ceremonies that bind the dead are done by proxy participants, or to the young or infirm (those who may be dying) who have no informed volition, it is the equivalent of black magic—regardless of the benevolent intent.
These ceremonies are binding agreements that are recorded in the Halls of Contracts located on the planet Uranus. May these contracts be erased and their power to effect the many, be made null and void. May the generations of people who have been affected by these ritualistic power mechanisms, be set free. May the planets no longer falter under the density of religious control. May these ties that bind by black magic be severed both in the physical and in the soul world – or wherever their influence may have extended to. And thus it shall be.
