QUESTION: Why do quite a few of our Lightfamily have high blood pressure.
The Seer: Blood pressure is a reflection of how effortlessly love flows to all in your environment; how easily you have inclusiveness for others. Because of the sacred sigils and elevated information we access through our holy journey, the presence of judgementalness, jealousy, envy, any attempt to cause division or make others seem less, resentment, will cause high blood pressure.
These flaws are ones that are so discordant to the high frequency of your body, that it will cause a disruption in blood health (this includes blood sugar issues). It may take about a year, but blood sugar and blood pressure can be normalized by drinking the juice of two bunches of celery each day. The best solution is of course to prevent these conditions before they start, by weeding out these human foibles from your life.

One thing I thought I would mention about the celery juice (which I found out by experience this past summer 🙃)…drinking this much of it causes photo-sensitivity. There is a chemical in the celery (other foods as well, like lime) that causes this. I was drinking a glass of celery juice each morning for months and didn’t notice anything until I started going to a park and walking around in the summer sun for a few hours. I experienced this weird rash, although it wasn’t a normal rash- it was due to sun sensitivity. After about 2 weeks of stopping the juice drinking, I was able to walk around in the sun again without any problem. Anyway, thought I would share in case it would be useful to anyone 🙂
I wonder then about very low blood pressure, where one almost faints often? Being too open and inclusive? Boundary issues?
Time to quit caffeine permanently. And quit my job in mental health.

The change of attitude is for me important that can change in a good way the bloodpressure. To give no energy at certain reactions of humanity. You have teached that we can not compare humanity with a god being . Is it a choice to live alone with the Self and to see yourself as the only one in your enviroment. Always in deep gratitude for the sigils and powerwheels and the colorring . For you are the ocean to swim in like a current.

Can someone say where the previous audio of Almine talking about celery juice is? I’ve looked and can’t find it now. I’ve been drinking 16 ounces of celery juice every morning now for 2 months.

Three days ago, I experienced something that I considered very funny for me. I had to conduct a physical exam for a job process. The first reading of my blood pressure by a nurse assistant was very high. She event expressed some concerns by asking me if I am nervous. I quite replied negatively. I am always quiet, calm, and silent . A few minutes after, another test with another device by two others nurses assistant showed different reading than previously: one where the blood pressure lowered drastically, and the other one higher than the first one. At each time, I just looked at them silently saying nothing. One of them even thought her machine was dysfunctional.
Then came the doctor; a third reading.showed my blood pressure increased exponentially ; it was so high that the the exam couldn’t be completed. I was sent home to lower my blood pressure and come back when that happens. Driving back home, I was just telling my self that their machines couldn’t read or detect what’ s going one inside and around me , and at any times I had no worries, no stress for my health.
