Please check the following points for your optimal webinar experience.
- You will receive the webinar link in your inbox a few hours prior to the event.
- The webinar room will open half an hour prior to the event.
- If you come early you’ll be able to check whether you have proper sound and video during the half hour prior to the event.
- The webinar docs will be uploaded to the webinar’s event page on the Spiritual Mastery website.
- Please login to the webinar with the email address associated with your Spiritual Mastery account.
- Please do not use the chatbox or Facebook group to report technical issues. Instead, you can send us a message at [email protected].
- Be advised that 99% of the time the technical issue is local to you (and therefore not something we can control). That’s typically a slow internet connection and/or an out-of-date web browser (usually involving the Flash Player not being up-to-date and/or disabled).
- The first thing we will ask from you is your internet speed as recorded at https://fast.com and if your browser is up-to-date, so it will speed things up if you check the technical support page.
- Please be aware: if the technical issues are caused by something at our end (meaning everyone is experiencing this), we will of course work to remedy the situation. If it’s at your end (this is is usually the case), it involves factors we do not control and it’s not likely we’ll be able to troubleshoot these.
