Watching everything renew itself is truly amazing. Recently I started paying attention to a beautiful ornamental fruit tree,which looked very sad indeed. I wasn’t sure what to do at this point. Each year this tree ,along with all the others was well fed and pruned etc In a moment I decided to try something else. I started by cleaning the trunk and opening up the root space. I gave the bark a brushing with a soft brush.Guess what came off on the brush——- cobwebs and they had a span of several feet into the air.The few remaining branches were matted with this slime.
Everything is recyclable so I scraped the ‘web’ material of the brush and put it on the compost. I’m sure there is some nutrient value here…something I will research at a later date.
Today,I was truly taken by surprise……My ornamental tree had sprouted up all over the place and instead of a few sad branches stuck up in the air,it now had pushed out some new growth along the trunk,giving it a more lush appearance.. The bees were in evidence and they too were enjoying the magnificent scent from this amazing tree.Last year ,it had shown all the signs of struggling for survival and had lost many of its branches,from diseases etc.
It is so nice to be pleasantly surprised.
What a Gem to listen to. I enjoyed it with every bit and piece of my being. It is a wondrous idee that Niels brought to the surface to inspire others with warmth and inspiration from Almine her lectures and the loved ones who visit the Beloved Almine in her Retreats. Words can not discribe the feelings that are felt.

Really enjoyed this mix. The variety of topics and the enthusiasm in the room ,especially in Amsterdam, (May 2012) added to the great experience that this event turned out to be.It is nice to look back on these retreats so having them recorded like this, is much appreciated. Very, very professional.Never did I think that a small hand held recorder could produce such results. Niels you are full of surprises and here was me thinking that you were holding your mobile phone!!!!!!!!!!!!
