It has turned out that the effects of our global lightfamily doing meditations together have been amazing. The power of us joing hands like this is remarkable, and this time I believe it will be even more so. The first half of the course will contain the meditations relating to the new Yoga of Enlightenment that Almine has just received. No matter if you do yoga of any kind or not, the insights that Almine will be sharing are profound.

Leading up to the ending of linear time and the beginning of a new way of living, a time with exponential, starburst change, I find myself increasingly excited and at the same time deeply calm, but I have also had an annoying sense of stuckness. After doing the meditations during september and october, I can truly feel that deep changes are taking place, most of it not even cognitively noticable.
But I feel they have helped clear out my cobwebs, fear and doubt, and without me doing anything magically transfigured me into a higher state of being. And when we are many all over the world who work together like this, imagine the possibilities, wow!
How have you experienced the meditations? Has it been a challenge to actually do them?
Thank you so much for your post, Malue… I feel this deep calmness and peace too. It followed after participating in: The Ultimative Meditation course II and Becomming Herolds of Hope (course week 1-3)…. I find it difficult to separete the value of the courses, so here is my poetic perspective on my experience all together:
Peace in my heart
is no longer a mystery
holy and still
grounded on Earth
Mother is holding my heart
in Her loving embrace
as I transfigure
like phoenix and bloom like a rose
simultaneously into my true nature
I am truly made of Her…
