Recently during a private retreat held in Almine’s home in Newport, Oregon – a very exciting event took place. During the early morning hours of 10/11/12, Almine was awakened at 2 am to receive a new form of yoga. It was announced some time ago by Almine that she would be receiving the intermediate level of Irash Satva yoga but instead, she received this entirely different body of yoga.
The name of the yoga is Aranash Suba Yoga, The Yoga of Enlightenment. Aranash Suba Yoga is called the Yoga of Enlightenment because of its powerful ability to eliminate the discordant tones of trauma that we accumulate during transitions between life, death and ascension. It restores the pristine clarity of our notes within the Divine Symphony of existence.
The Yogas of Illumination brought forth by Almine, including Irash Satva, Shrihat Satva and Saradesi Satva yoga organize life within the matrix in order to generate the necessary power to break free from the non-realities of illusion; they have as a goal the transcending of linear change by replacing it with exponential change.
This yoga works at a deep core level to assist with releasing trauma, specifically through the effects that the postures, meditations and stretches have on the psoas muscle. The philosophy of this yoga is to turn its back on the illusions of the matrices and to embrace the contradiction of an existence of no opposites. The overall benefit of Aranash Suba yoga is to release the hold of illusion and strengthen the Eternal Song of the Infinite within.
This yoga will be available to the public on December 31, 2012, following Almine’s address from 12:00-12:20 pm PST during the Global Health Symposium.
Testimonials for Aranash Suba Yoga
Love, love, love this yoga – it is so powerful. I felt a wonderful presence in my physical body and all levels even after only one session. I actually miss it, if I don’t do daily sessions and plan to do it whenever it is possible. After only a few days I truly noticed an increased sense of Oneness and well-being plus a flattening of my abdomen and overall improvements in core body strength and posture.
This yoga feels wonderful. I am in fairly good physical condition and found this yoga to be of benefit in ways that I haven’t experienced with traditional yogas, such as flattening of my abdomen and strengthening of different core muscle groups.
