Important Message From the Seer
Question:
I have various joint pains. What supplements would help this condition?
The Seer:
Due to its extraordinary anti-inflammatory properties, Turmeric Curcumin is an ideal dietary supplement for those suffering from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Many studies confirm that Turmeric Curcumin supplements can reduce lower back, knee, hand, and wrist joint pain as effectively as ibuprofen. But unlike over-the-counter medications, curcumin has no known side effects.
* A Note From Tina (Order Fulfillment Manager): Due to the earthquakes, solar flares, and other events happening in life right now, many of our Lightfamily are having joint pain, inflammation in their bodies, etc. Because we are the grounding rods, we are feeling these effects more and more. Soaking in the Fragrance Alchemy bath salts, blessed by the Seer, once a week has been found to be helpful by many of our Lightfamily.

Fun synchronicity, and encouraging. Because we received the organic curcuma powder yesterday and we have on order some raw tumeric root juice. Since we also have organic ginger and cinnamon I may add those. I used to make this years ago, cooking it into a paste with our spring water, adding freshly ground black pepper last, off the heat with a dash of olive oil. Because this paste recipe was recommended by an Australian vet…for people too. The pepper helps it to penetrate and a bit of oil served some particular purpose that I can’t remember. It was delicious! This time I have Egyptian black cumin oil which is a perfect supplement as well.

What do you think of also taking humic and fulvic acid and at what dosage? To reduce inflammation and clear heavy metals and toxins from the body and improve our nutrient absorption rate?
Thank you for any information that can be provided on these. 🙏
Peace, praise, love, and gratitude,
Chloë

Thank you for this advice! I started taking this a few weeks ago in a high strength tablet form, it’s just a high concentration of curucumin with black pepper and it has been my go-to for the mystery aches and pains in my body I was having, it also seems to reduce intensity of headache if I get one (I refuse to take Paracetamol or ibuprofen for the sake of my hepatic system). When I was living and working as a groundskeeper in the arid Australian outback I would start each morning by grating the fresh turmeric rhizomes and add it to a giant morning cuppa of lemon, ginger root, black pepper, ashwhaghanda and touch of real maple syrup. All the utensils ended up with a lovely warm yellow tinge 😅, but it allowed me to work in extreme conditions each day outside without much trouble at all. The tablets seem to be as effective but hard to say with certainty. I had a friend who loved it’s healing effects to much she would eat the little fresh roots like baby carrots 🥕🤩

Is there a particular perspective or adjustment inside to make that could assist in easing the physical discomfort/symptoms this causes?
