I think there is also a HAARP facility in Johannesburg South Africa, on the western side.
I am glad we are dealing with this globally and locally. South Africa has experienced drought and floods in designated areas.
They just built a HAARP facility in Australia that makes in Alaska look like a toy, the thing takes up some serious realistate. One of the military personnel for HAARP said they were done with HAARP and that they have other ways of managing the ionosphere…they have other ways now meanwhile there’s like 5 other HARRPs around the world.
This makes so much sense. I had such a huge question about why the weather angels haven’t really been able to deal with this.
In my ten-plus years following Almine’s materials, I appreciated this update more than any other.
I am so pleased to see Almine taking such a direct and forceful stand against this kind of absurd misuse of technology which, as she mentions, is the same kind of crapola that was responsible for the destruction of Atlantis. Also, it be might added, the kind of insane crapola that’s been behind so many senseless cosmic catastrophes and injustices…from way back.
All such really needs to end.
The long-proclaimed prospects for accelerated and enhanced evolution via “growth thru opposition” – vs. growth thru support, vs. creative thriving amid Law of One conditions – wore out a long time ago, here on Earth, net-net. That’s the reality. These extremes of duality involving an “evil” polarity that became adept at thriving and remaining strong via the parasitic inversion of Life-enhancing energies – like running an electric motor backwards by reversing its wiring – ran too far.
There needs to be more inherent respect for Life.
Life needs and deserves greater protection.
The long-entrenched extremes of deception and parasitism – misguiding entire planetary civilizations via the abuse of arts, crafts, skills, information and technology – must end.

This is so odd… yet it just shows you the interconnection of the current consciousness. I read this post this morning. Just now I was listening to a recent interview video with Kanye West – then I noticed a recommendation video beside it that caught my attention. ¨US urged to study weather for war use.¨ Very interesting…who would of thought I would find something in this way to backup info Almine just shared with us! This is why I love and walk this journey with Almine!
