It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bartleby, the beloved dog of Jaylene. For many years he brought us much joy and happiness, but today it was his time 😢 We will miss you tremendously, Bartleby ❤️
Jaylene (and Tina), I’m so sorry to hear of your great loss. Our pets hold a special bond that is hard to understand and painful when they leave for another existence. Perhaps the love you all shared with one another will provide memories that will keep you sustained and comforted. And perhaps someday you may realize Bartleby will always be a part of you. Bartleby (aka Mr. B.) will be missed very much. He was a very dear friend and companion to Jaylene, her family, and myself. I am so grateful to have been with him during his passing. He was with us for so many years. Life will be very different without him. My nickname for him was ‘Dragon Doggie’ because he was very strong, especially his head and tail (like a dragon). He would come up behind me and go between my legs and I would almost be sitting on his back, as if I were riding a dragon. He loved to go for walks, especially on the beach. We had many adventures there. And playing with him in Our Beloved’s garden was a joy for both of us. This beautiful being had so much love in his heart. Bartleby will always be my one and only dragon doggie…no matter what form he is in.
You will forever be in my heart Mr.B.
