Drinking coffee on occasion is not spiritually detrimental. For health reasons, I would not recommend using it on a daily basis, as is the custom for most.

Another one of those excellent and brilliantly synchronous posts. I stopped the daily habit, but found myself reaching for it occasionally again to cope through a stressful year. I feel it needed less now again and glad to hear it isn’t detrimental. Much gratitude
