Thank you for posting this. It is so beautiful and life affirming. I have been living outside of my comfort zone lately. ( I don’t like to think of it as hard times, actually it has been a gift.) Thru it all, it was writing poetry that has been my ‘rock’. As a result of that and embracing the fluidity and peace inspired by Almine’s work, I have been invited to join the Florida State Poets Association and to have my work published in their anthology. LPGT
I just listened to the short version of the audio. Indeed, cultivating poetic perspective is a way. It resonates in my view as a form of courage to live the difficult moments of life and / or life. Courage expressed within such a force that transforms the event with a creation, to give it another meaning.
A bit like the theory of James Lovelock: The Earth is a living being – the Gaia hypothesis.
Once again as the tone poetic of the day : the poetry of life in love with existence. Could be adapted its own existence with bad or goods moments.
In french we say : l’espoir fait vivre / hope makes live. So…

I spent some time communing with magical fire flies last night. The fields were full of them on that wet and steamy night walk. The frogs were singing, there were bats swooping for mosquitoes. All is thriving in nature at night. 😀
