I know that insects in general in the Dream Dictionary means “aspects of shortcomings”, but I am wondering what the dream symbolism for boxelder bugs is. I keep finding them in either my bedroom or attached bathroom. One time 6 of these boxelder bugs were dead on the bedroom windowsill. I do not know what particular shortcoming I need to work on. Do different insects mean different things as symbolism?
The Seer:
The dream symbolism of the boxelder bugs refers to negative future consequences of that which today seems like a harmless shortcoming or omission. It also refers to devoting to one’s life and energy to a cause that may seem benevolent today, but will in the future revel itself as folly (for instance: thousands of young Japanese killed themselves by becoming Kamikaze pilots and committing suicide to further Japan’s cause during the last World War. When viewed retrospectively from years in the future, it can be seen as an utter waste of life).
Thank you.
How interesting. With the recent world of illusion’s events this might be key guidance as many might feel the urge to play heroic when we’re here to anchor peace, not by those ty of example of actions described for Japan. (Sorry, English is not my first language).
