Question:
What is the meaning of card #65 missing from my 9th Rune deck? This card states: In the Dream, light is emphasized and certain frequencies suppressed. Upon awakening, the light that has been gained is retained and frequencies emphasized. This provides the power to see that both Dreaming and Awakening are a Self-made illusion.

The Seer explains the Rune’s message:
“Look for areas in your life where emotion overrides perception and governs your decisions and conduct. As well as areas where there isn’t joy in what you’re doing — take steps to bring wholeness to those areas.”
