A helpful self-help tip from The Seer:
A lot of members of our Lightfamily are complaining of experiencing nausea when out in public, try the following suggestions:
1. Before and after leaving your house, drink a cup of strong ginger tea and prepare a flask of strong ginger tea to sip throughout the day if nausea is an ongoing problem).
2. The following tip comes from the Vietnamese boat people who had to be cooped up in a crowded boat at sea for more than a month: sniff and breathe in deeply the smell of camphor (we keep Vicks Vaporub on hand for this — a camphor ointment used to rub on the chest for congestion).
Nausea can come from mingling with others (humans) of much lower consciousness. It can also come from experiencing a sudden change to higher consciousness.

Thank you Almine. I am finding it difficult to be around people too. Apart from density, the noise is too much for me. I’m back teaching in person and in spite of doing daily light explosions, and eating very purely, I have been struggling with lingering colds which I didn’t have when I was teaching online. It’s extremely frustrating. I have been using essential oils such as thyme, oregano for sinus congestion.. also drinking lemon juice with ginger daily. Hoping it shifts soon. Thank you dear Almine.

Very interesting. Thank you for these very useful tips! I have been drinking ginger-apple-Kale juicing for the past couple of weeks and it helps a lot.

Thank you, I’ve been experiencing it too as of late, which is unfortunate.
Considering I’ve lightfamily here that is even of a much higher consciousness than myself, I wonder how we are going to keep living amongst humanity when the detrimental effects are becoming stronger the more we grow separate from them?

Camphor/Camphre is a main ingredient of White ‘Tiger Balm’. But do check that you choose one not based on petroleum jelly, like Vicks is.
These balms and the other appropriate essential oils to make your own decongestant balm are available in Asian pharmacopoeia shops and online.
