Back in December 2011 Almine held a global Day of Silence. As a part of this special day, in which people from all over the world came together and communicated with each other in silence, were a meditation and special “silence cards”. Today, more than 1.5 years later we want to share these tools again, as a great kick-off for the weekend. We hope you enjoy!
