May all debris and waste be removed from the skies around the Earth and the surface of our moon. May all devices in the sky and the moon designed to control humanity and its population, be deactivated and likewise removed by the dragons. In grateful recognition are the planetary dragons called to this service. May they receive the power and ability to fulfill this calling. By the power of this powersigil, the clans of the Mer people are given the power and ability and instructed by the Holy One to remove all waste that has been dumped into the ocean and may they remove it continuously. By the power of the angels evoked by this power sigil, may humanity become aware of their responsibility to preserve the planet and her creatures and be inspired to live in a wholesome relationship with her.
