Heartwarming Letters from Eastern Ukraine

Almine contacted Sergey to inquire about the safety and comfort of our lightfamily of students in the Ukraine during recent political upheavals: did they have food, were they safe, etc? Instead of asking for anything, the students replied with many thanks to Almine for her presence in their lives. Today we want to share these very heartwarming responses and also want to thank you for your help in the last few weeks in meditation and ceremony.

Sweet, dear Almine! We are very grateful for all that you give to us, for all that you bring into our lives, and just for the fact that you are. I write “we” because I am sure that everyone who is familiar with your work even just a little will agree. We love you very much!!!! From myself I want to express to you my deepest RESPECT and sincere LOVE, and all of this with deep GRATITUDE for all of the grandiose changes in my life and in me. You inspired me to brave deeds, which I doubtfully would have done if I was the same as I was a few years ago. Realizing that there are no mistakes, that everything is just the way it is supposed to be, I stopped worrying that I will do something wrong and have started to just enjoy life. Every minute, every second is just amazingly wonderful!!! I thank the Universe and you for this PEACE, which we have now. Today at the market I heard the phrase, “On the map you can see that the city of Stakhanov is now in the war zone, but there is PEACE in Stakhanov!!!” This phrase was said by many! Good day! My name is Margarita. I live, work, am joyful, get upset, I do yoga, I am raising my son, etc. in the small city of Stakhanov. This is in the southwest of Ukraine, in the region of Donbass. And as you already know, war is raging around us. At the present moment, we are like an oasis in the middle of a burning hot, barren desert. We have Peace. We are grateful for these peaceful days to God and to all of the people that pray for us. To speak the truth, we could have left a long time ago, or fallen into depression and panic. But doing yoga, and all of the knowledge that Svetlana gives us does not allow us to relax or let up, it drowns out the feeling of danger and fear. And the information that Almine is supporting us, and people who don’t even know us are wishing us happiness, gives us joy and optimism. Huge thanks to you for your sincere desire to help, inspire, support.

My name is Elena Bershak. I live in the Lugansk region, in the city of Stakhanov. It is psychologically very difficult to be in our region now, as battles are raging very near, many people are in panic and trying to leave the city. Even in my family I have difficulty maintaining peace, because destructive information comes from everywhere. On my part, I am very grateful to Almine and all of the Light workers for their help. I sincerely want to thank Almine for her support and help in this difficult time. My daughter and I, also my parents, felt a surge of peace and confidence, a feeling of security has appeared. Thank to your help, the atmosphere in our city is quiet and peaceful. My fears and limitations, that have plagued me my whole life, have even started to dissipate, and finally, I am starting to, slowly, with tiny steps, step by step, live the way I want to, and to breathe with my whole chest. Our family has started to have more mutual understanding, harmony and support. the main thing is that the sky is peaceful over our city. I had headaches, but now I have a feeling of joy and happiness, we all are absolutely confident that everything will turn out just fine for us, our mood is happy like in summer. I feel with my skin that like layers of closedness, shyness and unwholeness are peeling off. We are indescribably joyful to have the honor of participating in the ceremony of Blessing.
