First And Second Ring Power

Question: 

I just took two photos above Salt Lake City from the plane. There are two bright circles next to the sun. I was wondering what they represent.

The two circles represent: 

First and second ring power. 

First ring power comes from the mind.. it represents “power over” events and people in the environment. It is not remotely as powerful as second-ring power. 

Second-ring power is power that comes from surrendered trust. It is far more powerful because it aligns with divine will as it unfolds in the universe, rather than personal intent. The practitioner of second-ring power focuses on refining the self only.
