The Seer Shares a Memory for the Day
In my memories of childhood, my father took me to plunge in the frigid waters of Cape Town before school so that I may learn firmness with myself — which he stressed, went hand in hand with gentleness with others.
Nice!
That’s something for a little kid. I didn’t start doing that until I was in high school. No ocean, just cold showers bedsore school. I called it toughness rather than firmness. I think my goal was along the lines of equanimity☺️
That’s a bit rough for a child. Wonder how old Almine was at the time.
Oh WOW….
Fascinating, you certainly grew up with strength and
discipline and a loving heart🙌🏼❤️🔥
