True wisdom is eternal —- as Almine keeps reminding us… In India’s book of wisdom ” the Bhagavadgita” Krishna tells Arjuna: whatever you do ( or give) never do /give with any expectation as all you do you do for me ( me= the Allmighty One)
I’ve just realized this advice also helps with second guessing actions, the inner questions I get socially of “was that okay? Was that too much? Was it good enough? Is it weird?” I usually have to detangle myself and say “It’s OK you didn’t do anything wrong, so there’s no harm done, whether it was helpful or not” and then drag myself out and beyond those thoughts by remembering to trust myself. For the first time I was able to just let it go so much easier almost instantly by instead saying to myself “arrows in the night”. Grateful for this advice 🙏❤️😻
