When harmful bacteria take over the terrain of your mouth, it can infect other areas of your body, such as your heart valves. This decline in helpful bacteria and the invasion of hostile bacteria can be caused by chemical ingredients in toothpaste.
Examples of what to avoid:
Harmful ingredients in dental care products:
sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium fluoride, sodium, saccharin, aspartame, xylitol, erythritol, propylene glycol, diethanolamine (DEA) microbeads (micro plastic), hydrated silica, alcohol (mouthwash).

What about oil pulling with organic unrefined coconut oil? It seems to be really good for my teeth and gums when I’ve done it faithfully in the past. But Anthony William, the author of the Celery Juice book is so opposed to it. He thinks it does more harm than good. I can’t recall the Seer ever commenting on this in the past.
