There seems to be a number of popular spiritual teachers who practice polyamory/polygamy with a message that they do so as it is more aligned with their level of advanced consciousness – that they are more capable of having more than one partner; that it is a path for advanced mastery; and being limited to one partner is a limit on the love they have and want to share.

Do I really need to answer this? You are Gods my Dearest Ones, your level of existence should far exceed the quasi-teachers who sublimate their vices in order to seem wise in front of others who look up to them.

I don’t know if I can explain why I find this so funny that I am almost falling on the floor in hysterics!
I know I consider the subject matter and picture the questioner in their good faith asking the question. I am also in awe that they asked this question while being grateful that they did. Then I see Almine being taken aback, incredulous and astosnished for a second while in consideration. But then her usual patience, kindness, purity, innocence and directness kicks in for her reply.
I think it’s the patience in combination with the crazy but worthy question about the outlandish, goofy and preposterous baloney put forth by these con artists.
Let’s be aware of the old saw that if you repeat some obviously ridiculous thing long enough, as though it were the truth, people begin to believe it. Let us also remeber that you strengthen what you oppose. So let’s not oppose this, but just enjoy the humor of it ๐
Yes, many donโt seem to know that Teal Swan is a polyamorist (or perhaps they do, I donโt know). But some OOโs keep following her teachings.

Not that I would personally go with it, but I think polygamy is perfectly fine. It just cracks me up every time the next guru decides to adopt this principal after gaining popularity and having a classroom full of admirers.

Polygamy has always been really disturbing to me, I dont think anyone could convince me otherwise :/ thats just my personal preferances though. Working out things with one spouse is quite the challenge on its own, and brings an abundance of lessons, gifts and love – enough for several “lifetimes” Im certain, I cant imagine trying to do that with multiple people.
