My brother Buzz brought me beautiful red roses to our Christmas pod at my home last year. The roses lasted and lasted, looking just as fresh as the day that they arrived. In fact, at the end of January as I was preparing to travel to class in Sedona, they still looked fresh yet I thought I would prepare for the fact that I would be away from home for several weeks. I hung the flowers upside down from the ceiling in my kitchen, as they were still so beautiful and I thought to dry them.
Several weeks later when I arrived home, the flowers were unchanged, they still looked as fresh as ever.
