The Seer’s back porch had many lovely sunflowers over the summer — not one was planted by us — the chipmunks planted them all. They pulled the sunflower seeds out of the bird feeders and planted the seeds wherever they desired, including in our pots. Photos by Tina I. (Newport, Oregon, USA)

I was admiring a row of sunflowers yesterday, so beautiful – I just love their joyful expression.
They are fun to watch. No, they did not come back for their harvest. However, I dried the sunflowers and pulled the seed out, to give back to the chipmunks, in gratitude for the beauty they gave us.
Aren’t they the munchkins 😊 & its just so lovely they gifted you’s all with these very happy flowers.
