Interacting Sparingly With The World

Q. How do we break free from the world’s limiting belief systems?

A. Our outer senses are being bombarded by the world’s paradigms. Firstly, when people judge us by our age or impose other limiting belief systems on us, it adds to the difficulty of living ‘outside the box’. Remove yourself from uninspiring situations and relationships. Be aware of others draining your energy. It will produce tension in your body to be with them and unauthentic behavior (also indicated by bodily tension) as you try and live up to their expectations. So, first rule of thumb is interacting sparingly with the world. When you express your inner subpersonalities, you find fulfillment in your own company. It’s no longer a need to be with others to keep you from being lonely. The criteria becomes that you’re with someone because they inspire you.*
