The Seer: Yes, they have. It’s an aspect of Belvaspata that is globally needed right now, and for the next two years. The global application required that the angels representing the sigils have more omnipresent power (a quality that is a strong suit of Angel Gods).
This is wonderful news! I was doing the Kaanish Belvaspata on behalf of the Earth and its inhabitants and trusting it will work. By the way, I see no mention of the sigils changing so I gather they are the same.
