In the case of your table, it would seem seances were performed around it by a ring of people. A seance can pull forth demonic and invasive creatures. A shadow being seems to have taken up residence in the table, but the light explosions could definitely expel it and keep it from coming back. The smoke from burning sweetgrass is another way to clear it as well as the burning of cedar. People that have a fondness for antiques should definitely do the light explosion protocol around the objects for a few days in a row.
