Question:
Because of the (the godbeings among humanity) daily exposure to the limited perspective and shallowness of humans, how does one know if one has become entangled in the human grid and its lower reality?
The Seer:
Through daily ruthless self-examination one searches diligently for human flaws in oneself. A godbeing living the dysfunctional life of a human, may just as well be regarded as human rather than as an elevated godbeing of higher consciousness. Your superior potential is only as valid as the way you choose to live.
The Flaws of a Human
- Self-indulgence that makes excuses to hide from the need for self-improvement. For instance: “because I took trouble mopping the kitchen floor yesterday, I don’t need to vacuum the living room today. I deserve a rest.”
- A human being gauges his or her value on the approval of others rather than on self-approval based on what one contributes to life-unfolding.
- The vanity that devotes inordinate attention to one’s own physical appearance and regards the mediocre masses as the audience one should impress, is the result of a shallow, materialistic self-image that sees itself as merely decorative.
- Perhaps the most difficult flaw to overcome, that is inherited from humans attitude, is the approach to others based on “what’s the least I have to give, rather than what’s the most I can give”. To give the minimum of your efforts to others and to the tasks at hand, stems from an abysmal lack of character.
Anything you encounter in your day is yours to do, and anything worth doing is worth doing well. Procrastination and resentment in your work has no place in the life of a godbeing. Even the tiniest contribution you can make to ease the burden of life for another, will come back to you tenfold. May the law of kindness be upon your tongue, and the song of gratitude sing from a heart of gladness. Never say something is “not your business”; if you encounter it in your day, it is yours to do. May your actions be offerings of devotion upon the altar of the One Life.
THANK YOU, beloved Almine.
I am noticing a theme of needing to integrate the energy to do the work and the self-work. I became aware of this in myself, but also there are signs in my environment that people actually want to express and live their potential but feel that they don’t have the energy to do that.
Lovely
Thank You THIS resonantes so much for these days My Beloved Almine
This post really affirms something I’ve always felt.
Some time ago in my memories a very arrogant, manipulative, and distorted person once told me I needed to examine my desire to “save” or “rescue” (how appalling)- because a large injured bird came across my path. It was sitting on scorching hot concrete in 90-degree weather while people walked right past without a second glance. I could hardly believe the lack of compassion and disregard for life those people and the deluded one had by the comment.
I wrapped the bird in a blanket and brought it to a local wildlife rehabilitation center, where it received the care it needed to be released back into the wild.
I don’t go looking for things to rescue. But when someone—or something—crosses my path in genuine need, it happens for a reason. I feel a responsibility and inspired to do what I can to support and benefit life, rather than turn away because it’s inconvenient or “not my problem.”
One of the best decisions I’ve also made was to cut ties from people who ridicule compassion, regard for life or try to diminish it. Choosing kindness, responsibility, and reverence for life has never been something I’ve regretted and never will be.
🙂
Thank you for this push towards continued refinement of character. Thank you for so diligently and humbly modeling this, Almine.
“A godbeing living the dysfunctional life of a human, may just as well be regarded as human rather than as an elevated godbeing of higher consciousness”, these kinds of statements are confusing to me because, how much dysfunctional flaws can you have before being regarded as “human”? Does it mean really dysfunctional all the time? I dont understand it. I feel like in order to compare to human, the dysfunctions would have to be quite great and the inner expressions would have to be quite suppressed. What if the flaws are great but the inner expression is also great?
