In 2009 Almine shared this meditation during a retreat in Alaska. Because it was recorded with a little hand recording device from a distance, the sound quality is not what you guys are used to coming from us. However, with some headphones or the speakers turned up a notch, this beautiful meditation will swiftly carry you away and is certainly worth the effort!
