Have you missed Almine’s free webinar on communicating through the silence of a life of no opposites? Not to worry! Awakening airs an abbreviated version of the webinar. In the first part of the program we talk about, well, programs! Hidden agenda’s, personal belief systems, anything that tells you how to be or what to be. In the second part we share the meditation on communicating through silence. And don’t be suprised, for indeed we do air a few minutes of absolute silence during the meditation. Enjoy.
