In this talk with Almine, she sheds some light on the very nature of ghosts and how to work through them. The ghosts of the past are often rooted in belief-systems, identities and world-views – ideas that enforce the ‘thinking we know’. When we release the idea that there is something in the moment we must know, the moment can contain all things, and we cease creating linear time.
I have known for some time that there are spirits in our house and garden. However only last week did one reveal itself, in the for of audible footsteps on the stairs. That evening I checked my emails to find that Almine had posted the Ghost passage. I knew immediately it was for me. However while waiting for the sigils I have been suffering asthmatic attacks and wakening at the same time each night with an attack. Is it all connected?
