Polarity (the interplay of opposites) is the result of value judgments. The stronger the embracing of one pole as being more valuable than its opposite, the more dense the reality and the more traumatic the process of change becomes. To acknowledge that everything that exists plays a valuable role in life unfolding is the beginning of a reconciliation of opposites; a life of graceful change. To reconcile opposites in our lives lifts us into a higher, less dense reality even though we may still reside in the material world. We are then living Heaven on Earth.
