Almine, I have been feeling a great deal of anxiety, waking in the morning and having to make myself remember to choose surrendered trust, and reminding myself that this too shall pass. I care deeply for my friends/colleagues and loved ones and I want them to be ok. People are under such enormous pressure. I have felt many times very overwhelmed and wondering how I’m going to continue with my work. Students speaking of exhaustion. Experiencing this too. May we as the Ancient Ones Rise above this reality. 🙏🦋💖

Felt this awful feeling of people being under some sort of attack from beings that were supposed to be in the underworld for the last few days. Now I know why it was so strong. I thought it was just me.
I had a strange nightmarish dream last night
and woke up in tears,
