May their cooperation with nature and the prayers of the people, keep the peace and balance the weather in this area.

There isn’t a dragon in this area, but there are more than usual numbers of Twitches. They are an ancient peace loving species that have suffered much from the aggression of Dragons. The angels tell me they have gathered there because they feel protected and at peace near the many angels in the Atlas Mountains. They look a lot like dragons except that they don’t breathe fire and the face shape is more blunt.

I have a fascination with magic carpets. I do feel the carpets woven in this area have magical and healing qualities. It always seemed to me that the carpet in Almine’s living room was a magic carpet, though not of North African origin.
Hand weaving is a glorious skill with so much opportunity for poetry, magic, alchemy and art.
