During the recent Belgium retreat, Almine answered a very interesting question from the audience. How does one give roots to the massive amounts of information and insights you are bringing forth, also with the always new information that comes through?
Almine made clear that the best way is to follow along with the new courses and retreats if you can, and to also study those older pieces of information that you are drawn to. This combination of the cutting edge and older insights from the road we have travelled, gives you a very strong basis indeed!
However, what she also mentioned, and what the main point is of this post, is that a lot of “lists” have come forth through her. These lists are perspectives that can be used, one perspective a day, to be lived and integrated into your daily experience. To put in the roots under the teachings so to speak. Changing both your belief systems and your experience of your day to day life.
These lists can be found all over the place, from her books, to online courses to even a few here on the diary. A good example of one of them are the 96 sensual expression. These are also talked about by Almine in this old radio show here. Check them out and see if you can use some of them, or all of them, to put new roots under your experiences.
Of course, the most appropriate of these “lists” are the daily tones that make up the Calendar of Oneness. Living these tones every day aligns your expression beautifully with Infinite Intent. Also, you can follow along with the weekly predictions that are derived from the Calendar.
All in all a great little insight into how you can approach these teachings that we thought we might share with you today…
