Self-awareness is the realization “I am”.
Self-awareness is an automatic gift from the Infinite to all individuated creatures. Even the mineral kingdom has self-awareness.
Anyone who loses self-awareness is plunged into madness. The plant kingdom has evolved one step further than the mineral kingdom. Plants are not only self-aware, but they are also able to feel. They have developed into the stage of “I am and I feel”.
