You mentioned on the Diary that we should stop believing the illusions of having diseases, or whatever ailments we expressed to you when we ordered our healing oils. Wouldn’t continuing taking medications and supplements keep the illusions in place?
Don’t stop using medicines that your doctor has given you (1) without his supervision — some medicines have severe effects if abruptly discontinued — and (2) unless he confirms that the condition you’re taking them for in the first place, has disappeared. View your condition as a temporary inconvenience. Set the intention that the medications will work only as long as they’re needed, and when no longer needed, they would become harmless.
Note from Rogier:
The emphasis in the original post is not to “stop believing” but to defuse the identification with the ailment by ceasing to affirm it through speech.
